Order Processing

Orders are custom-made upon receipt of confirmed payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding UK and US public holidays. Processing begins on the business day following successful payment confirmation.

United Kingdom: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
United States: Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
Japan: Standard shipping usually takes 4–10 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
South Korea: Standard shipping usually takes 7–20 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control such as carrier delays or customs inspections.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order’s weight and destination, and displayed at checkout.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Should you need assistance tracking your order, please contact our support team.
